Why are our marquee’s cheaper than other marquee hire companies?

We can offer significantly lower prices than other marquee hire companies because we own all of our own equipment. This allows us to keep costs down by eliminating the need to source items externally and add markups, which is standard practice for many competitors.

However, owning our inventory does mean there are fewer customisation options in certain areas, such as the colour of chairs and seat pads, carpet choices, and the range of dance floors.

Our pricing is further streamlined by offering pre-packaged marquee options, ensuring all delivery and installation charges are known upfront. This efficient, large-scale operation—supplying over 25 marquees a week—translates into a much lower hire price for you, the customer.

Can our marquees be used all year round?

Yes, our marquees are available all year round, we offer lighting and many heating options should you be holding a winter event. So don’t let the cold weather worry you or put you off hiring a marquee in winter.

Where can marquees be erected?

Our marquees can be erected on pretty much any site. However the ideal site would be flat, grassed area with good access. We can set up on hard surfaces with specialised ballast systems and other anchoring methods too. If you’re uncertain of the perfect place you can call us on 01223 737795

Is it possible to warm marquees in winter?

Yes, we offer many different heating options and amount of options for you to choose. We can always advise you on the best marquee heating to have given the time of year and weather at that time.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It’s always difficult to say. We do tend to having bookings for up to two years in advance, particularly for wedding marquees. However we do stock a lot of equipment and will always try to accommodate even last minute bookings. In an ideal world 2 months would be best.

Will we need an electricity supply?

Yes if you want to use lights or heating you will need a source of electricity. If you aren’t within 20 metres of an electrical source we can provide generators or you can supply your own generator.

Do we site visit first?

We offer two options for site visits, a FREE Virtual Site Visit in with us and a member of our team will video call you on WhatsApp or Google meet to view your garden / site and advise you on what will fit. Or an in person site visit with a member of our install team, This is charged at £35 and a member of our team will visit your location to measure your garden / venue and advise what will fit.
